Critical Thinking & Academic Excellence At Momentum Academy, we utilize both virtual learning and blended learning. Virtual learning has been used to continue learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, to support students during long-term absences, and may be used as an alternative to snow days.This is different from blended learning, which combines face-to-face and online instruction. Blended learning is our preferred learning structure, while virtual learning is a non-traditional alternative. This collaborative approach lets the scholars work together toward mastery, making learning a fun group activity. From the Scholar Perspective Scholars can take ownership of their work, and feel proud of their accomplishments in the classroom.
