Meet Dr. Ming A Letter from Our Executive Director I am excited to welcome you to the virtual home for all things Momentum Academy. Though we have been known by other names, Momentum has roots in the St. Louis community, and we are passionate about readying St. Louis youth for the world, no matter what they choose to do. That’s why we like the name Momentum: it implies a sense of movement, a forward motion that not only reflects that students are moving through grades in school, but also moving toward their goals and greater educational and personal being. It is the role of a school to keep this momentum going, placing students first so that they build character, confidence and community.
