Momentum Academy’s 3rd Annual Block Party, held at Shenandoah Ave in the Fox Park neighborhood was an incredible success, marking it our largest event to date with over 530 attendees! We were thrilled to see so many of our families, scholars, and community members come together to celebrate the start of a new school year. The day was filled with fun and excitement as guests enjoyed FREE carnival games, a bounce house, a bubble bus, face painting, and a balloon artist. Those sporting Momentum Academy gear were treated to a FREE snow cone from Kona Ice and a delicious meal from the concession stand with treats prepared by Momentum Academy chefs. A special thank you to our amazing community partners who helped make this event possible: Fox Park Neighborhood Association for their ongoing support and dedication to our community. Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts for their engaging activities and involvement. St. Louis Public Library for their resources and fun activities. Rung For Women for providing valuable information and support to our attendees. Girls in the Know for bringing a wealth of knowledge to our community. Our Fox Park neighbors for their participation and for helping create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. This event also served as a great opportunity to introduce our new regional and building administration to the Momentum community, marking the beginning of an exciting chapter for our schools. The Annual Block Party is about more than having fun and sharing joy with our families; it is about building connections, fostering community spirit, and setting the tone for an amazing school year ahead.
